I placed an order at restaurant for take out, I’ve got one just one printed page of menu, not actual menu, there was not photos. I don’t know what I suppose to order and it was not helpful at all, then I decided use phone and look online, at website, thee was not clear and no full menu, kind of do not know there to find an information, it is very terrible website I ever seen, there was not descriptions about dishes, for example there was Love boat and I was not able to find what is included? Only price. It is kind of weird, how do I know for what I suppose to pay for? When I didn’t find information I was looking for I asked staff for helping and they show me actual menu. At the menu was not enough information about ingredients and quantity. Every time I had to ask . I decided to order Maki Boat and I am sure they said to me there were sashimi included that why I decided to order. There was not photo of that dish and full description at menu. I was very surprised when I opened boxes at home and there was not sashimi at all, I called restraint and they said there was not sashimi included at Maki Boat. I was so disappointed I checked on website and didn’t find any dish called Maki Boat, so I was not able to check if I was wrong or it’s staff didn’t explain clearly about that dis. I don’t like quality of foods at all, maki looked oversized with rice and rice was not sticky it’s falling apart. I was very disappointed and not satisfied at all. I ordered for party and foods look terrible. I will never order again from this place. Very Very dissatisfied and disappointed . Not clear descriptions of dishes and not knowledgeable staff.

Our pick-up order was placed 2 hours ago and we're still waiting! I understand it's busy on Valentine's Day but it would have been better to decline the order than to give us false hope it would be ready in 40min
